Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may purchase the new item separately.


European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason if the goods are shipped into the European Union.

As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
